This Child Safety Policy applies to Clipe (the “App”), developed and published by Life App GP (the “Developer”), as listed on the Google Play Store.

1) Zero-tolerance policy for CSAE / CSAM
Life App GP and the Clipe app enforce a strict zero-tolerance policy toward any form of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).
This includes, without limitation, Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) in any form.
Any content, behavior, interaction, or attempt that involves the sexual exploitation, endangerment, or abuse of a minor is strictly prohibited on Clipe.
2) Scope of application
These child safety standards apply to all features and services of the Clipe app, including but not limited to:
- user profiles and usernames
- photos, videos, audio, text, captions, and comments
- private messages, group chats, and community interactions
- links, external references, and shared content
These rules apply to all users, without exception.
3) Explicitly prohibited content and behavior
A) CSAE / CSAM (absolute prohibition)
The following are strictly forbidden on Clipe:
- any sexual content involving a minor (real, fictional, or simulated)
- any CSAM, including images, videos, audio, text, drawings, animations, or generated content
- any depiction or suggestion of sexual activity involving a minor
- any request, solicitation, distribution, storage, or promotion of CSAM
- grooming behaviors, including attempts to befriend, manipulate, coerce, or pressure a minor for sexual purposes
- sexual extortion (“sextortion”) involving a minor
- content that normalizes, promotes, or glorifies child sexual abuse or exploitation
B) Other child safety violations
Also prohibited:
- harassment, bullying, threats, or intimidation of minors
- attempts to move minors to off-platform services for unsafe or exploitative purposes
- requests for a minor’s personal or sensitive information (address, school, phone number, exact location, private photos)
- impersonation of a minor or a guardian for harmful purposes
4) Age requirements
The Clipe app is not intended for children under the age of 13.
- Users must confirm they meet the minimum age requirement during registration.
- Accounts suspected of belonging to underage users may be restricted, reviewed, or permanently removed.
- Parents or legal guardians may contact Life App GP to request review or deletion of data related to an underage account.
5) Detection, moderation, and enforcement
Life App GP uses a combination of:
- in-app user reporting mechanisms
- proactive human moderation
- automated signals designed to detect potentially harmful or abusive activity
Enforcement actions may include:
- immediate removal of content
- temporary account restrictions
- permanent account suspension or ban
- preservation of relevant data where legally required or permitted
6) Reporting CSAE and child safety issues
In-app reporting
Users can report content, profiles, or messages directly within the Clipe app using the built-in reporting tools.
Direct reporting to the developer
Child safety or CSAE concerns can be reported by email: contact@clipe.app
Please include, when possible:
- usernames involved
- content links or screenshots
- date and time of the incident
- a brief description of the concern
Emergency situations
If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or appropriate child protection authorities immediately.
7) Legal cooperation and mandatory reporting
When Life App GP becomes aware of credible CSAE or CSAM activity on Clipe:
- we may immediately remove the content and disable the associated account(s)
- we may report the activity to relevant national or international authorities, as required by law
- we may preserve relevant information for lawful investigations, in compliance with applicable privacy and data protection regulations
8) Privacy and child protection principles
Clipe is designed with child safety and privacy in mind.
- We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 13.
- We discourage the sharing of sensitive personal information.
- Any account identified as underage may be restricted or deleted, along with associated data, where legally appropriate.
9) Policy updates
This policy may be updated to reflect:
- Google Play requirements
- changes in child safety laws or regulations
- improvements to moderation and safety systems
The “Last updated” date will be revised accordingly.
